NVIDIA Announces Project G-Assist: An AI Chatbot that's Situationally Aware of Your Game

Still not AI. Just a glorified search engine compiled with specific information (gaming, in this case). I'd rather go back to the Nintendo Hotline days for getting answers over having to rely on this. Also, I don't need your crappy software to "tune" my system, Nvidia. I only install drivers...

    Last game you purchased?

Once you get into difficulty level 7, I find that the sweet spot. Bugs are everywhere and bots are relentless, constant mayhem going on. I don't play as much as I used to, but I still enjoy dropping in to run a handful of missions at least once a week.

    5700x at 100% on cyberpunk 2077

Drop from "ultra" settings to the next step down - you really won't notice much of a difference in visuals, if any. Generally the built-in benchmarks don't represent actual gameplay very well.

be quiet! Customer Service - so far is absolutely awesome.

@#22 & @maxfly As much as it is fun to see you guys spit back and forth about your feelings for bequiet! fans, perhaps move the unnecessary bickering to PMs and just keep the bequiet! customer service stuff here for others to read about. With any faulty fans you guys may have seen, have you...

    What's your latest tech purchase?

Case filters came in a day early from Demciflex. I'll get them all put on later tonight after doing the family life stuff.

be quiet! Customer Service - so far is absolutely awesome.

Don't get me wrong, based on my two experiences with them it does appear that their QC needs some sprucing up. On the other hand, at least they help fix their fuck ups, so they do have that going for them. Here's hoping they will continue to improve where they need it.

be quiet! Customer Service - so far is absolutely awesome.

Just an update: Correct fan clips came in! Took a few minutes to get it installed and now I've got both fans on the Pure Slim Rock 2 cooler (I know the case itself on the inside is a bit dusty - I've got case filters coming from Demciflex that should arrive Thursday): Idle temps dropped by...

City Transport Simulator: Tram is Launching Into Early Access on 20th June

Am I missing something here? This sounds kind of tediously boring. Based on the description it doesn't sound like you even get to build the tram system. It's all designed and laid out for you. You just get behind the wheel and follow a pre-existing track and then you manage them.

    What's your latest tech purchase?

I know that MN, regardless of what state your purchase is made from (or even if out of state) or if the purchase is even digital (such as an online game sale) any site that sells to you in MN must include sales tax. I don't recall if it was a state law or federal law (without looking it up) a...

    What's your latest tech purchase?

Just to be on the safe side, if you're curious what most US folks would pay when they post the price of something, just add 10% and that'll cover the taxes for majority of places. Tax rates vary by state and even city. Sales tax in Minneapolis is over 9% whereas you hit up an outlying city next...

AMD Ryzen 9000 Zen 5 "Granite Ridge" Desktop Processors Launch Late-July

This is crazy. It was the very start of January 2021 when I got my 5900x which had only launched about 2 months prior. Not even 4 years have passed and it feels like I'm getting so far behind. I'm excited to see how they turn out. I may not be in the need for one, but I find it exciting to see...

    Last game you purchased?

I couldn't find my copy - may have been lost between letting my brother borrow it and the fact that he has moved twice and my self once in the past 10 years. I tracked down another copy to put back into my collection. It's next on my list of retro games to play soon.

Can u use same tube of thermal paste?

Just kept it inside my little computer tool kit case that sat in my closet. No where special. The paste always came out looking the same and having the same consistency as it did the first time I used it.
