Yes, 1.28 should be stable with a 7600. But there's no harm in doing 2.02 either, or (most likely) the latest beta. I would personally choose 2.02 since the patch notes claim faster EXPO boot time and better USB compatibility.

One thing I want to know with these Zen 4+4C / 5+5C chips is if you need Windows 11 for max performance. Or if Win10 / Linux can schedule for both core types just as well.
