Free Download Manager output the wrong format

Someone I know says he can get Free Download Manager to download an MP3 from a certain URL. I just get HTML, NOT MP3. How can I also get an MP3 download ? The URL is : https://unsw.us13.li...00&e=3b1d6e94ae I'm not posting this to get the MP3 from the above URL, but to discover how to get FDM to output MP3 instead of HTML

click then save page as. it's already mp3 format

Thank you , but I repeat, my request is NOT for that MP3, but how to make FDM yield MP3s instead of HTML.
