Developed in cooperation with the very best eSports professionals, the CM Storm Sniper offers an unprecedented focus on the unique needs of gamers, and comes packed with innovative solutions for the gamer lifestyle. Now, the Sniper returns fully loaded with Storm Tactics™ to provide more strength, security and control than ever before.

Launched in late 2008, the original CM Storm Sniper chassis quickly received worldwide acclaim from the global technology and gaming press. While the Sniper has been enjoying rave reviews around the world bringing in over 60 awards from the media, the CM Storm Labs have been working full steam on improving the Sniper even further.

The new and improved Sniper Black Edition includes all the features and functionality of the original Sniper, and raises the bar by including an all-black interior coating, full 2.5” SSD support and three huge Storm Force 200mm 142CFM fans! Coupled with the features that gamers have learned to love, such as reinforced carrying handles, fan and light controls, and the patented StormGuard™ security solution, the Sniper Black Edition is better than ever.

The new Sniper Black Edition is immediately available in retail and online channels. The Sniper Black Edition is available in three different versions: Mesh, Window and AMD Dragon Platform Edition in selected markets.

More Scout Specials please!! I dont see any major improvments, why not do anything with the scout. its cheap and attracts more of the budget market.

The B.E. has been out for a while now. I have the regular edition and I bought the clear window for it. It's a good case, just pricey and ugly in my opinion.

I thought the original one had black interior, maybe that was the scout then. I want the AMD one in full tower flavor.

Yeah, the Scout has always had the black interior. One thing about these cases that I love is the outletted side panels. You can store a ton of cables behind the mobo tray without any problems.

Just wth are the holes on bottom of the case still doing there. Other than that it's a nice case price ain't exactly sweet, but well. I'd look twice for Antec stuff before dumping 150-180euros on this one.

Cooler Master's products beat antec's any day of the week. Over the past 1-2 years Cooler Master has released "Black Versions" of their cases. Stacker/Cosmos/Sniper etc.

I couldn't agree more. I used this case on a client's PC and it made cable management painless compared to my Cosmos 1000.

I really am getting sick of all the Sniper Special Editions. I dont see any major improvments, why not do anything with the scout. its cheap and attracts more of the budget market.
There is no difference between any of the sniper models. Just paint. The stock sniper has an all black exterior and silver interior. The sniper black edition is all black. The sniper amd/ati dragon edition is just the sniper case with a custom amd/ati clear side panel window. The only difference between them all is paint.

In which case, Antec make a superior product in the P-series.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119194 That's the one with black interior and a fan on the side panel. I paid more for that and regret it. Even $150 is waay too much. They had it on sale a month ago for $120 shipped and I think that's a fair price. I know you're in the UK but dats all I has.

Does it ever go back? I think all chassis manufacturers should offer a plain (as in bare metal) or black interior from stock, would make everything so much easier.
