The PowerColor LCS HD5870 has a full water block mounted on the card, fully covering the memory and power regulator chip. Awesome block but with the display configuration, still a two slot card, which kind of sucks. With water, this should be able to hit 1000mhz core. Cannot wait to see a review.

While most people can't get standard 5870s CyberPower have some PowerColor LCS watercooled 5870s right now:

Only available on new builds though
