KINGMAX, the world leading manufacturer of DRAM Module and Flash Products, announces the epochal product – DDR3 2400MHz with Nano Thermal Dissipation Technology. The new product abandons the traditional heat sink which has heavy and huge size, instead of the Nano Thermal Dissipation Technology to provide higher performance and economical power.

To compare with the normal heat sink which equipping with DRAM Module usually, KINGMAX DDR3 2400 MHz has the advantages as the lighter size to provide more convenient space to arrange other components ; the no power request design to offer economical operation environment than those needing external power for fans. Furthermore, the Nano Thermal Dissipation Technology enables the performance of DRAM Module to the maximum, which makes the product to be over-clocked up to 2400MHz and more.

The Nano Thermal Dissipation Technology adopts the nano-size thermal dissipation silicon compound to increase the release of radiant heat. The nano-size silicon compound fills up the invisible vacant space of the smooth surface to remove the surface heat more quickly. It is like a sponge, pulls the heat and releases into the air at a faster rate than normal product by it self.

KINGMAX DDR3 2400MHz is the world first DRAM module applying the advanced thermal dissipation technology. It really not only helps the DRAM module operating smoothly than expectation, but releases the potential performance of DRAM Module to higher. Furthermore, the silicon compound could be remixed into the resin for product packaging; it would bring a better thermal dissipation result than just covering on the surface.

In addition, the Nano Thermal Dissipation technology exactly acts the key factor to improve the performance of semiconductor procedure and products. According to the Lab’s data, the DRAM Module which applying the Nano Thermal Dissipation Technology has 2℃ decreased than normal one. The critical “2℃”makes the DRAM Module operating smoothly than the crashed normal one.

The Nano Thermal Dissipation Technology is a green technology; it replaces traditional heat sink with insensible weight; it takes over the fans with the advantage in power supply. It reduces the size and weight than normal product and no energy requires. The above advantages do not only improve the product performance, but also help to make the environment green.

KINGMAX DDRIII 2400MHz memory module presents the best efficiency running at the highest bandwidth up to 19.2GB/s, which allows more data input and arises the system operating capability. It is perfectly developed for enthusiasts, gamers and benchmark competitors.

KINGMAX DDR3 2400Mhz DRAM module with Nano Thermal Dissipation Technology has been passed the SGS testing and compliant with RoHS standard.

yeah it's same 2200 version but with hidden Heat Spreaders , ha funny i have one and it can run at 2400 with same cas but with 1.76V and the Heat Spreaders doing great work with me

wow invisible heat sinks? Must be some kind of magic. They look the same design Kingmax been using for years.

NANO TECHNOLOGY!!!! if i weild these can i have super strength......MAN!...sweet ram though wouldnt mind having it

I like visible heatsinks, there just plain ugly without, the only sticks that look great without sinks are GeIL Black Dragon

That's some pretty awesome speed.:rockout: I wonder when such speed will finally be made official standards.... I think this technology would do well complimenting actual heatsinks to dress the gruesome skeleton that is the RAM.:nutkick:

NOTE: it also ships with nano fans to keep the nano tech even cooler. But customers have been complaining about the missing nano fans, but it turns out that it's hard to find the nano fans since each fan is kept in it own nano pouch so it doesn't get broken. AP Market research shows that customers who use nano tech are just compensating for extremely large ego's when it comes to their systems.

These invisible heat spreaders can be read as "no heat spreaders." How dumb are people? Kingmax is sure good at fooling dumb people.

are we supotta be makin da envirunmentz green or keepin it greenz cuz im getting cofrused.
The above advantages do not only improve the product performance, but also help to make the environment green.

If i toss a bucket of green paint out the window can i say i contributed? :toast: But really? ""invisible heat sinks""? I hope someone launches a CAL against them for being so stupid

i dont care if it is beautiful or ugly, but this is really important, this is a great n big step: "The Nano Thermal Dissipation Technology is a green technology; it replaces traditional heat sink with insensible weight; it takes over the fans with the advantage in power supply. It reduces the size and weight than normal product and no energy requires. The above advantages do not only improve the product performance, but also help to make the environment green." because of this, everyone should adopt this new technology, I AM SERIOUS! u should care about the environment too, not only with yours PC looks... btw we could use the RAMs with an airflow(dominator, turbulence, etc...) which would improve the bad look.

With "Invisible Heat Spreaders," you think they would at least make the sticks look a bit nicer than every other budget stick on the market :shadedshu

I doubt any DDR3 (1.65v and lower) needs any kind of heatspreaders at all.

Exactly what I think too. I've never found hot RAM; none of it even has temperature sensing (even though I remember that being muted as a coming feature a while back). Also most heat sinks on RAM are just stuck on with "thermal" tape, which I'd bet is just normal double sided tape. Even server RAM for 1Us is bare, and that's a tough environment. As for the marketing of these though ...quite funny! They're green - yeah the PCB literally is! If the price is good I'm happy for them to be here. Then again I'm the kind of guy who likes Antec EarthWatts' plain steel shells ...functionality FTW.

It doesn't. They stay pretty much ice cold. Certainly looks better with a heatspreader, though, which is why I'm surprised they didn't at least change the PCB color.

I made the environment a little more green last weekend, I painted a sidewalk with some green paint I found in my basement! I think it was lead-based, but the important thing is I helped make the environment a little more green!
