I jjust bought a Lenovo Y560, which is a higher end model. I'm impressed with the build quality of Lenovo. It's simply the beefiest lappy I've ever owned. If this netbook is built with the same attention to quality and detail, is should be high on the list for potential netbook buyers.

a bit on the expensive side... and I'm guessing not even ION? just GMA? A SU3500 is better or equal to that atom, and an SU 2300 beats it by far

There is way more that goes into a laptop's quality than the processor and gpu. Unlike a desktop, you have to take the whole package. Overall build quality needs to be taken into consideration.

still, Lenovo, HP, and ASUS are all great in my experience. If you can get an Acer SU 2300 at under 500$ though, I find that a much better deal, even if it is only Acer.

Completely Bonkers
Looks nice, with good keyboard and port layout. BUT big let down on the screen resolution. A premium laptop needs to deliver 1366x768 or better. And it really is time to start putting 2GB into nettops as a standard, esp. with D550 :shadedshu
