Active Media Products Announces Golden Bullet USB Flash Drive

Active Media Products, a leading manufacturer of SSDs and USB drives, today launched a new USB 2.0 flash drive in the shape of a 50-caliber bullet. This gold bullet drive features a rugged aluminum case with an air-tight rubber seal, making the drive waterproof when closed. Measuring about 3.0 inches in length and 0.6 inches in diameter, the bullet drive is offered in 4GB and 8GB capacities. "Our goal is to constantly reinvent the USB drive, making a unique combination of style and functionality." commented Active Media Products VP of Sales, Jerry Thomson.

The bullet includes a strong steel keychain and clip for attaching the drive to a backpack or keyring. This new bullet drive is available now through Amazon, at approximately $12 for the 4GB model and $21 for the 8GB drive.

It's cool enough but I wouldn't buy one... I'd rather something that looks like a key, or is just trying to be as small as possible, not something that will make n00bs think you are a terrorist.

Good luck getting on a plane with that thing!

Oh, xrealm already mentioned it. Still they don't **** around in airports around here. If it looks like a bullet you better hope the guy with the latex gloves has soft hands.

How about one that actually functions as a bullet. Would make an awesome piece of spy equipment.. unless you put it in someone's head.

I made mine a while ago since the keyrings kept breaking off, 20ga shell is a perfect fit for most slim flash drives

We need a new Hitman movie.

On the topic if an 'Akasa' Glass case all 100 of them got stuck on custom and never Entered my country. This sure as hell won't either.
