Right....so let me get this straight....

Its a FREE gaming pass that expires within 3 days of activation???? Big whoop-de-dooooo

As for it being 'the most popular racing game...' - I have my reservations and Trackmania2 isnt on that list.

though Id be curious to see if Zotac charge more for hardware thats bundled with this free activation key.

If they wanted something to demo a new graphics card - give them a copy of BF3 or Dear Esther. None of this UBISOFT stuff who already have their own dedicated community of haters

anyway.....Inb4haters

Yes, I'm a hater FreedomEclipse :)

I can brake this:
“TrackMania is the most popular PC racing game with over 10-million gamers and an active community that generates thousands of customized tracks. The recent release of TrackMania 2 Canyon is a perfect opportunity for ZOTAC to introduce the game to our customers,”
...into two parts to show how this is a very wrong and poorly made idea.
Trackmania United/Nations Forever IS one of the most popular games with the 10M players and a huge modding comunity yadda, yadda, yadda...not TM2.
TM2:C is not getting all that attention because TM players know "Canyon" is just one of the many environments that will come out eventually and thus, they won't buy it now, just to pay full price for said new environment that won't be a whole new game. Those players won't have to upgrade their computers either (TM is okay by today's standards, albeit CPU heavy).
3-day game passes are the worse thing for this game, because TM takes time to become addictive. Just like any other racing game (and TM is highly competitive), at the beginning it will be very frustrating and demanding, in order to get a good result. People won't be hooked.
And in those weekly ZOTAC races, the best players will be there and they will mop the floor with you. They are not average players and take TM seriously as a sport.
Also, a GT430 won't cut it for TM2. :shadedshu
So thanks, Ubisoft, for ruining a game with great potential (Even TM Original had more than one environment you greedy bastards, FFS!).
I'll just keep wasting my time on TM:U. :)
