FreedomEclipseDoesnt improve anything for me so i shall stick with 12.8 Cap2's for the time being... Unless they tweaked borderlands 2 or Guildwars 2 performance (that game does make my 6970s chug sometimes, specially in the mist/haze heavy areas or big group events)
