TRENDnet Ships AC3200 Tri Band Wireless Router

TRENDnet, a best-in-class wired and wireless networking hardware brand, today announces the availability, in North America only, of the AC3200 Tri Band Wireless Router, model TEW-828DRU. This next generation WiFi router features three concurrent wireless networks-two separate ultra-performance 1,300 Mbps WiFi AC networks and a 600 Mbps WiFi N network.

"Three separate extreme WiFi bands can handle all devices in the busiest connected home," stated Sonny Su, technology director of TRENDnet. "SmartConnect technology further increases performance by automatically migrating faster WiFi AC devices to the highest performing WiFi AC band."

It is ingenious design. Put it up side down and you will improve cooling by factor of 10.

Now I know which router I need to remove external cooling fan from equation. Brilliant stuff. I hope there are 4 more antennas for improved stability.

Thing is there was a study proven that teh 5 blades felt better... it's a "bed of nails" vs "a few nails" thing.
