WIN $3000 if you can defeat Johnathan "Fatal1ty" Wendel at Computex

PowerColor, Cooler Master and Universal ABIT are in search of a challenger in Taiwan to take on Johnathan "Fatal1ty" Wendel, the world's best known professional video gamer, during COMPUTEX 2007. Is this guy human? Can he be defeated? PowerColor, Cooler Master and Universal ABIT want a worthy challenger to give him a run for his money. We will reward the challenger with 100,000 NTD (or about US$3000) if he or she can defeat Fatal1ty on June 5th.

Universal ABIT, a leading manufacturer of high-end gaming motherboards and peripherals and a Licensee of the Fatal1ty Brand, has invited Fatal1ty to visit Taiwan during COMPUTEX 2007. All three companies, Universal ABIT, Cooler Master and PowerColor, have decided to collaborate to gather the best gamers in the nation to put Taiwan on the map of professional gaming and international eSports.

Qualifiers will be held on June 2nd, 2007, from 12pm to 6pm (12pm-1pm for registration) at Aztec Internet Café (Nan King East Rd. branch), Taiwan's foremost chain of Internet Cafés. The challenger will emerge from the qualifiers and get a chance to take on Fatal1ty at the same venue at 4pm on June 5th, 2007. if it was bf2 or any game in the battlefield series, i could whipe his face in the floor of the dirtiest bathroom ever, i was seriously ranked #1 in the world for bf1942 but than i got banned because i had a differant name with which i would use exploits on omaha beach, meaning they banned my cdkey LOL . ever since than the only bf i have payed for was 2142 which im ranked high for the 20 hours i spent playing it, i have like 3700 kills and like 70 deaths or less, was a long time since i checked anyway my ratio for kd is 53 to 1, in the battle walkers which my 1 death comes from the end of the game where everyone dies, so i would usualy not die in a walker at all during a game and kill an average of 53 people :-D, would love to see fatality do that on a 64 player bf2142 server i REALY WOULD lol, especialy with a pos crap ass computer.

Would love to have a chopper fight with him on Desert Combat for BF1942, hehe.

He cant know all games and mods there are for every game, and when youre not used to flying a DC chopper, youre going to lose bigtime.

Who cares...its just fun gaming...good or bad..it is still fun to game...

However i can't get past the fact that some seem to idolize a man who sits in a chair on his pc playing games all day...It's not him I that bothers me...hell most of us sit around a lot and play games, but why do so many treat him like a "god"...Doesn't it seem a little silly?

Less important people have done greater things...

LOL at the day I am ranked 6th video game player in the world....That to me is like being named the #6th ranked pot smoker in the world...totally worthless...lol..:rockout:

Fatality is good there is no doubt about it, but he can be beaten just like anyone else, he just does a good job avoiding it :D
I've seen him play with his mouse which he carries in special silver metal case with nVidia on it, I bet his mouse got some chip inside of it that does everything for him and his own actions are being ignored :) well its just a joke, but I bet that those who do not participate in gaming competitions might be as good if not better than him, so there will be no suprize if he will be beaten by some guy/girl who we never heard of...

Heh. Zalman used to be the goto HSF brand, but they've been falling down the top-rank lists. The Tuniq Tower is pretty unbeatable right now.

What's unfortunate is that in most areas of technology, the goal is to go smaller, but no one's been able to do it with heatsinks. :D

it was just for fun lol, it was a spot under the bunkers in omaha where no one could get us, us being me and my friend c4pta1ntr1ps, we just thought it was funny as hell thats why we did it, and even than it was only on a mod of the game,i never cheated or exploited on normal bf1942 and on desert combat,was way to easy already flying the planes and using tanks, i used to just run people down with the planes for fun, scrape em into the ground hehe.

I would like to challange just for the hell of it just to see how many times I get fragged especially on quake but I'll ruin his ass on COD... maybe not. But hey who am I talking. He's got the money, girlz that wants his money and sponsors galore. Now is that a bonus or what. Getting paid playing games. I wish had a career like that. i'd take him on in any RTS game. He only plays quake, and he always choses the game - best quake 2 player, once upon a time - doesnt mean he's the best quake 4 player, and by no means is he the best gamer - he'd have to win at every game to be that.
