Though it is pretty cool that right there on that release page they talk about the changes to Linux drivers, as well as mentioning support for Ubuntu. :D

AMD hopefully will release 7.12 or 7.11.x drivers soon adding improvements to the HD 3800 series, and possibly incorporating the previous and/or additional crysis optimization.
Anyone with a HD 3800 card here that can do a Crysis GPU_Benchmark using the 7.10, hotfix, and 7.11 drivers? I'd like to see the differences.
I have a x1950pro 256MB Turbo from HIS running on Windows Vista Business 64-bit. When using 7.10 drivers in 1680 x 1050 medium settings w/ 0xAA I got 20FPS in both CPU and GPU tests. After installing this hotfix, I get 26FPS in CPU and 29FPS in GPU.
EastCoasthandle, could you be as so kind to post some benchmarks using your HD 2900XT for the three sets of drivers? Or at least a hotfix/7.10 or hotfix/7.11.
Please and thank you,
