Just wanted to give everyone a head's up that Razer has just released new updates for both the Lachesis and the Deathadder gaming mices. Deathadder owners may now download the new v1.9 drivers while Lachesis owners, me included, will be offered to download both the new Lachesis Driver v1.10 and firmware 1.91. The latest firmware for Lachesis improves the tracking performance and response time of the mouse. Also, if you're among the little that still experience jump issues with Lachesis, this firmware will help you. I'm starting to update my Lachesis right now. Finally, all bugs that plagued Razer's Lachesis are now fixed.

Deathadder Drivers v1.09

Release Log:
- Fixed the bug where holding down a button on single key at advanced setting would act like a single keystroke. With this driver the key will repeat itself, just as when pressing and holding a key on a keyboard.
- Fixed Macro does not work if button was set to on-the-fly-sensitivity previously.

Lachesis Driver v1.10

Lachesis Firmware 1.91

Release Log:
- Improved tracking performance and faster response
- There are still a limited number of people with jump issues, this firmware addresses people with this issue.

About damn time, if you ask me. Thanks for the tip, malware. I was in the process of disposing my Lachesis due to this very issue.

Wow this is freaking awesome and only a week after the middle-click on my second Lachesis stops working and I ditched the piece of crap for the G9
That mouse is right up there with my Razer Tarantula with defective C & M keys all in all I think Razer is kind of like Microsoft, really bad quality control.:slap:

I'm curious about updating drivers and firmware (just received my Lachesis in the mail yesterday)... can we retrieve updates for both drivers and firmware via the "update" button in the config program? Or do we have to manually do it via razersupport.com?

Both are meant to do the work, but I prefer to manually download and install new stuff.
The new firmware works perfect for me, but to be honest my mouse feels the same ... I have never had the jumping issues even with the first firmware.
Great work Razer.

I had that "jumping" issue in Unreal Tournament 2004 w/ my Razer DEATHADDER, until I installed this new mouse driver, now I can click/hold my mousewheel w/ no ill effects. WOOT. :nutkick:. I was getting close to going back to a Diamondback I have.
