Koolance Releases its First LN2 Evaporator

Water-cooling specialist Koolance released its first liquid-nitrogen evaporator. An LN2 evaporator, sometimes called "LN2 pot" is a metal flask that makes direct contact with a heat source, and conveys its heat to liquid nitrogen that the user pours into the flask. The heat instantly evaporates nitrogen, and some extremely low temperatures are brought about. Koolance CPU-LN2 measures 6cm x 20 cm x 6 cm (WxHxD) without the support bracket, and weighs in at 1.58 kg (around 3.5 lbs). It is built using nickel-plated copper, with acetal to shroud its upper portion. It supports the entire range of current CPU sockets, that include Intel sockets LGA-1366, LGA-775, LGA-771, s603/4, s478, and AMD sockets AM3/AM2+/AM2, s939/940, and s754. It is available at the company website for US $144.99.

They made a slam dunk with ther Koolance 350. They're already using a superior version of the liang pump, and they recently turned to all copper radiators. +1 for Koolance :toast:

Most LN2 specific pots start in the $200 range new, and go up from there. A Dragon F1 costs upwards of $400. This is a great price for a pot that was designed with LN2 use in mind. Most in this price range or cheaper are really only good for DICE use.

Because they can. It's a very small market niche. The release of this may start to drop prices, I would hope.

I read about the cpu pot this morning and thuoght that was cool(my shit be custom from AU),BUT gpu pots too!!! no way man i gotta get one of those. the prices are very good too

Yeah, but the Koolance CPU pots are all one piece, and has hella-nice mounting hardware. And they're cheaper. I would buy 4 gpu pots and a cpu pot. That's a savings of $250 compared to your guy.
