The Intel Atom Z600 was a mobile processor with 1 core, launched in May 2010. It is part of the Atom lineup, using the Lincroft architecture with BGA 518. Atom Z600 has 512 KB of L2 cache per core and operates at 1200 MHz. Intel is building the Atom Z600 on a 45 nm production process using 140 million transistors. The multiplier is locked on Atom Z600, which limits its overclocking capabilities.
With a TDP of 1 W, the Atom Z600 consumes extremely little energy. Intel's processor supports DDR1 memory. This processor features the GMA integrated graphics solution.
The SSE4 instruction set is not supported, which can cause problems with modern games, as they require that capability.
