The Intel Atom Z2520 is a mobile processor with 2 cores, launched in February 2013. It is part of the Atom lineup, using the Clover Trail architecture with BGA 617. Atom Z2520 has 512 KB of L2 cache per core and operates at 1200 MHz. Intel is building the Atom Z2520 on a 32 nm production process using 140 million transistors. The multiplier is locked on Atom Z2520, which limits its overclocking capabilities. With a TDP of 3 W, the Atom Z2520 consumes extremely little energy. Intel's processor supports DDR2 memory. This processor features the SGX 544MP2 integrated graphics solution. The SSE4 instruction set is not supported, which can cause problems with modern games, as they require that capability.
