The Intel Pentium 2030M is a mobile processor with 2 cores, launched in January 2013. It is part of the Pentium lineup, using the Ivy Bridge architecture with Socket G2 (988B). Pentium 2030M has 2 MB of L3 cache and operates at 2.5 GHz. Intel is making the Pentium 2030M on a 22 nm production node using 1,400 million transistors. The multiplier is locked on Pentium 2030M, which limits its overclocking potential. With a TDP of 35 W, the Pentium 2030M consumes only little energy. Intel's processor supports DDR3 memory with a dual-channel interface. This processor features the Intel HD integrated graphics solution. Hardware virtualization is available on the Pentium 2030M, which greatly improves virtual machine performance.
