The Intel Pentium 3560Y is a mobile processor with 2 cores, launched in September 2013. It is part of the Pentium lineup, using the Haswell architecture with BGA 1168. Pentium 3560Y has 2 MB of L3 cache and operates at 1200 MHz. Intel is building the Pentium 3560Y on a 22 nm production process using 1,400 million transistors. The multiplier is locked on Pentium 3560Y, which limits its overclocking capabilities.
With a TDP of 12 W, the Pentium 3560Y consumes very little energy. Intel's processor supports DDR3 memory. This processor features the Intel HD integrated graphics solution.
Hardware virtualization is available on the Pentium 3560Y, which greatly improves virtual machine performance.
