Far Cry problems

Hey everyone i have just got a copy of far cry and iam tryin to get on the multiplayer and its not letting me :banghead: I have resgisters online with UBISOFT does anyone no if its the same username and password tht you register if no one cant help me here ill just ring the customer support line...... also i recomened buyin a copy of far cry its CLASS the graphics are spot on since iam running a 800GTO2 LE and the ADM atlon 64 3200+
