Tech-Report (http://techreport.com/onearticle.x/7490) is reporting that S3 launched the OmniChrome video card today. The OmniChrome is a card like ATI's All-In-Wonder series geared towards the multimedia users with a TV Tuner and native HDTV output support. Unfortunately the video decoder can't decode full HDTV and there seem to be quite a number of software problems to be resolved.
