Can't get 16 pipes!

I recently bought the ASUS x800pro VIVO card.
I have flshed the bios to the XTPE specs and the atitool reports that everything is working great, all the clock speeds have taken but it's still only showing 12 pipes :( .
Have i don't something wrong? i have tries other bios' too and still only get the 12 pipes.

can anyone help?

never mind, i sorted it :P i was overlooking the protection of the pipes. so i have now successfully got a 16pipe XT PE spec card :D

heh, u need to either get the gigabyte flash program, or the modified flashrom, as the standard flashrom protects the pipeline bit so it can't b flashed. i don't have links to either of these files but i found them located on this forum and on the website
