I just bought new Sapphire 4730 and installed catalyst 9.9 but it shows that my card is 4810. Is it a bug or is it normal?

It is a display bug. Its harmless.
On the other hand, the card is a 4810:p

It uses the same chip as the 4800 series. So technically it is more accurate to be call a 4810.
