Need explanation of a RBE parameter

In the clock TAB of RBE there is a Voltage parameter that I don't understand.
This value indicate that amount of voltage that the card need from the AGP slot?

No. It's the voltage the card supplies to the GPU in each state.
Did you find the RBE tutorial (http://www.techpowerup.com/articles/overclocking/vidcard/154) yet? Most of your questions that might arise will be answered there.
