Wassup, so today i started my pc and i got a ''windows file is corrupted or missing'' so i put in the installation disk and did a repair installation then i restarted my pc and i got this message ''overclocking has failed'' f1 to setup f2 to use default settings, then an hour later i restarted again and i got this message ''cpu fan error'' f1 resume, i pressed that and it continued just fine.
I got this pc back from the shop like a week ago, they had to change the mobo and the cpu cuz of sum problems that manifested themselfs in the shape of ''windows file is corrupted or missing'' like the one i just got, the mobo was sumhow corrupting stuff and they said that the cpu had broken itself apparently due to the voltage, it was only oc'd to 4.0ghz on stock it was 3,2ghz, now for the week that i've had it i didnt have any problems, the clocks were working just fine i had temps of max 40 c, and it's watercooled, didnt get this cpu fan error till today.

So where is the problem, i'm starting to lose faith in this pc store, maybe i should just take it back to the shop and get my money back, and maybe build a new ati\amd pc.:cry:

In the 9 months that i've had this pc it's been in the store for repairs almost for 5 weeks. :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead: :banghead::banghead::banghead:

Thanks in advance, Sami.

It seems that they've reset your BIOS settings to defaults...
That may have triggered "fan warning" which was probably disabled before.

As for 3.99 GB RAM, check this thread:
http://www.sevenforums.com/performance-maintenance/32734-6gb-memory-3-99-usable.html

In your case it will probably be BIOS settings again (memory remapping).

What robal said, should be your ticket out of this problem. If your wc kit isn't connected to the cpu fan header, it'll complain about the fan failing.

Out of interest, and to never get anything from the same store, where did you get your computer?

I'd say your HDD(s) could have bad sectors.. Just my two cents. I've seen many comps act really weird when that happens. Command prompt -> CHKDSK
