Flashing bios

Hi again.

I found a new bios for sapphire 5870 in here. and i downloadet the flashing tool for pure dos.

But the bios file is in a bin format. And it tells me the file is damaged or unknown when i try to open it with any extracting programs
How do i use this flash tool with the bin file ?

what is the dos command ?

The command is atiflash -f -p 0 unasus.bin (or whatever you named your BIOS).

-p Write BIOS to image to all appropriate adapters

-f Force flashing regardless of security checking BIOS file info check OR boot-up card

0 is the number of the card in your system. (If you have Crossfire, 0 is the first card and 1 is the second card. If no Crossfire, then 0 is what you want to use)

Just make sure you don't end up Bricking your HD 5870.
