X800pro vivo with XT PCI-E bios?

A friend of mine has a x800pro
problem is that he can't set the core higher
then 517 and 482 for the mem.

I was wondering if you can modify a bios to set the clock lower?
or to use a PCI-E bios (default 500/500)
or that Connect3D xt800 bios?

I used the connct xt bios 500/500 it works fine, though i dont know wehter the pci-e bios will work in an agp card.
