25,000MCD LEDs in LCD :-) Changed out from 3000mcd Blue

yes, 25,000 MCD. twenty five thousand. :-) www.LSdiodes.com 's THC3 LED. they are expensive, but they are godly!!!

and I also added a microphone to my lcd as well :-)

Should be perfect for any LAN's that I attend.

no, i run dual monitors :-)

It looks better than it does in the picture, the flash really lit up the scratches. but you cant see it. and i think that the monitor sends some vibration to the mic, so it actually has better sound than it did when it was in its mic boom.

ok now that it is dark out, i've realised that this new light is brighter than the LCD itself. it lights up my keyboard. its rather nice :-)

I'll bet those things are blinding. A nice mod though. Good choice in case too. My friend and I used to buy LEDs from LSDiodes all the time. We haven't really found a use for them as much as we used to though. We would light up just about everything with LEDs.

its not blinding, its nice, lol.. makes it look '1337' The logo is also silver, so it matches better than the silver and dull blue.

Well that's good lol. I would think they would be, because if you're in front of my case you can't really look at it head on due to the LEDs in the fan controller. How well does that mic pickup? You have to be like right in front of mine for it to pickup anything, but I also only paid $5 for it lol.

actually, my friend just tested it with me on skype, i said earlier, it works better than it did before, due to the whole monitor picking up sound. I tap on the upper left corner of my lcd, and sound plays through on my speakers.

My friend said I came through loud and clear. Now the real test is CS, but I dont have a gfx card that can play it. :-( My 9800p is shot now, wahhhh

ok I did it, and it is so cool... lol.. :-D But how can i cover up that LED? I'm thinking a curved piece of plastic. need to find one.
