New questions...

for videos...4:3 or 16:9?

Is 16:9 simply for widescreen? Did a little snooping around and couldn't find a straightforward answer.

1- No! just a DVD drive that can do dual layer burning

2- No! you can burn anything you want data , music or video same as the 4.7 discs

Nero doesn't work well with Windows 7 , you should give CDBurnerXP a try works pretty well & it is free ;)

As far as the quality the compression is usually good enough that you will hardly notice the difference on your TV
so save a few dollars & continue using the 4.7 discs or better yet get a big HDD 1TB+ & put it all on it , you'll save $$ even more :D

I think the last time i burned a CD\DVD was like almost a year+ ago , much more practical , faster , cheaper & safer using a big HDD than using CD\DVD's
Other solution would be using a USB key 8-16GB & a DVD-player with an USB port

Shall save my money then! Btw, have a 2TB external and a 1TB internal. ;)

Hmm...what if I bought a blue ray burner and discs? >:)
