Scientist and Conservationist are proposing giving Ipads to Orangutans at a Milwaukee zoo
These Orangutans could soon be video-calling their primate friends on Apple iPads to many different zoo's world wide.

Hmmm...

Go for the obvious joke about the Iphone hand model already having ape like extremities, or the more broad "monkeys already own them, have you ever received a text (e-mail of otherwise) corrected by I-device?"


I think I'll take the third. Why the heck would you spend so much, for something that can easily be broken in a zoo environment. For the same price you get a decent webcam, larger monitor, and enclose all of it in Lexan to prevent damage. Thankfully this isn't a tax payer funded operation....
