PS Mod question

I have a spare Antec 300W PS lying around so I took it apart today just to see whats in it. I found it has one 80mm exhaust fan using a three pin power connector. I should be able to swap this out with another Antec Case fan I have, it is a cool blue LED and has a speed controller too.

Would this work?

should just check the colors against a reg fan (you know on the 3 pin molex) if they are the same it should work just fine
