I wouldn't call that video card "hot". It's pretty bad. Unless your one of those Paris Hilton fans, in which case "hot" is used like the word "smurf".

I would call it HOT, looking at those newegg reviews, they said the card gets very hot, and craps out.

Why bother with it at all if you want to play anything more demanding than pinball?
