Posting thumbnails

What I want to do is make a review of a product. How would I go about posting a tumbnail or a smaller pic on vBulliten that can be clicked and expanded on? Your help is appreciated.

So, if I have this correct, if you use the Insert image button and put the url in from the pictures host site it will put it in thumbnail form. Right?

Nope, it didn't work. At least not from the TPU image host.
