Like it already. Less that $250 before s/h :rockout: I correct myself that price is with s/h
Already have a EVGA 8800gts vid card. If we keep the price down low enough might look at a SLI setup.

I think a G92 8800GTS is too much for an Allendale, you can probably take the E2180 to about 3.4-3.5Ghz 24/7 on Air without any problems.

Well I think I am going to do a new cpu cooler also. This setup will be going into the wifes gaming system. Want to keep it all together in one peice, its been a great working setup. I think I'm going to get the AC Freezer 7 pro. I have heard nothing but good about it. Heck whats another 26 bucks in the persuit of speed?

I just installed my brothers new E2140 machine yesterday. On stock cooling i got it from 1.6 to 2.6Ghz. Very nice. :) Temps are reasonable. In the 40's.
Anyway, as for your comment for SLi, its pointless in your situation. You have a 20 inch screen. You will not benefit from it at all. SLi and Crossfire are only good for high resolutions like 1600x1200 or greater. So dont worry about that. Just overclock that Allendale like mad and it will reduce the bottleneck.

I beg to differ. I run 8800GT SLI w/ Q6600 on a 20" at 1680x1050 and theres a very noticeable difference in FPS when running games.

By how much? FPS before and with SLi.
