they have micron chips though so you should be able to squeeze at least 5-5-5-15 especially considering 6xxx is @ 1.8v ;)

Joint Electron Device Engineering Councils standards assure that your ram works with your MB (among other things). However, PC6400 ram is capable of CL4 and CL5 is most common. CL6 is very slow to me albeit short of a review to confirm this. If so, this ram seems more suited for servers then for practical PC gaming use. Let me enlighten (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2010170147+1052420643+1052315794&name=4GB+(2+x+2GB)) you of other (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145205) memory. As you can see higher speed CL5 ram can be had be it 4GB or 8GB (2 twin packs). This is why I don't see any practical need for this ram. In short, just because it's for sale doesn't mean its for you.

i know that ram comes in different speeds and lats my pats are 5-5-5-15 and do 3-3-3-10 @ 800mhz

The Pats I have, signature line run of the mill stuff so to speak, have hit 850mhz from 667, so I deff like the company, but need something faster stock so I don't reach a barrier with my ram before my CPU.

Yea but if you think about it OCing going to be limited if at all, 16GB thats alot of stress on the memory if your using Intels, i would love to see how 16GB compares from Intels X48 to AM2+ 790FX

Back in the days when 128 MB meant ceiling-high e-penis, this how people looked at 1 GB of memory.

Its ok, I asked your mom first. Oh yeah I almost forgot with the 10.95 I also got a big mac and super sized fries. Thats what sealed the deal right there brother. You will be fine, just make sure you take lots of sun screen.
