I haven't seen this posted yet and it seems of importance to many here. This will have a huge impact on the web as a whole if it not overruled or tied up in court.

I have always found it wrong that the IPs call you a bandwidth hog if you use what you paid for:wtf: Really they have been selling more bandwidth then they have for years now.
If I buy a 12 pack of Guinness:toast: I wouldn't stand for someone taking my last four and selling them to the guy next door because I'm "hogging"all MY brew. The downside is they will most like use this as a reason to jack up rates and increase surveillance on downloads.
