Well I would go for the Kingston DDR2 1066 CAS Latency 3 (if that is CL 3 for 47.40 euro)
But the GEIL DDR2 4GB 1066
2X2GBGAMING CL5 PLUS should be good overclockers.

Well in that case, I don't know how the kingston KHX8500D2_2G perform or overclock.
And do you plan to overclock your ram?
The GEIL sticks are ment to overclock, I'm not sure about the kingston KHX sticks and overclocking.
But if you don't plan to overclock and the kingston ram would be cheaper, then I would go for the Kingston ram.

I would get the geil's. 4gb is much better than two. Capacity over speed. ;)
And 2x 2gb is higher density and leaves you room for upgrade.

I'll bet the GEIL's run faster anyway, but they are also a little more expensive then 2 sets of the cheaper Kingston KHX8500 ram.
1. Does he overclock
2. Would 4 GB be enough or is there another future upgrade needed to 8 GB (if supported by motherboard)

The GEIL's would be a much better investment. :)

Yes but if you don't do any overclocking you could buy some good value ram and save some money.
xabidh system specs?

There is no CL4 or CL3 Kingston DDR2 1066 kit, all are CL5 - check this http://www.kingston.com/hyperx/products/khx_ddr2.asp.
I have the KHX8500D2K2/2G, and had them on 1175Mhz on 5-5-5-15 with turbo timings (performance level 5~7 on Memset, dunno what it was) on the mobo, i bet they would go over 1200 if i had them on standard. But as you oc the cpu higher, it isnt as stable on the same speed as it was with a smaller cpu oc. Currently at 1100Mhz with the cpu on 3.7Ghz.
