Will be crazy expensive but look

This is like a 30% increase in vga price at least for me but look.

Nice, very nice. Any reviews.

i am pretty sure you can get nice temps with those two beasts together!
i wonder if it is possible to use two HR-03, one with the fins facing the processor (on the upper side of the vid card), one on the opposite side.

Im thinking bout modding one of my core 2 duo heatsinks to bolt to my 4850.If i drill and tap it would this cool it.I have sinks for the mem.At 100% fan speed thist 4850 gets hot.Not so much the core but the mem.And its never been modded.

Isn't that just a HR-03 and a T-Rad in a compromising position?
That can't possibly be a single cooler, looking at the gap between the two GPU contact blocks.

any more info?

That don't look right. What about the bridge chip ?.

yeah, more I look at it more I think BTA is correct

Agree with BTA T-rad screwing with HR-03. LOL.

wtf... where is the air flow? Looks like someone (whoever thought that bright one up) is confused about life.

Sorry for not posting the review, but the review from hardcanucks only tests the low profile heatsink on a regular 4870 they did not try both of them in the X2, but it would surely drop a least 30C in each core

Duh, of course a fan would be installed, but this is for show

This is exactly what it is, and i see no compromise, care to explain? Ive found a link of thermalright sayin they had something like that for the x2, not a complete solution, i was guessing this was it, because the link wasnt working

He's saying exactly what I'm saying... this looks terrible! There's no way this is a better solution than the stock cooler... Assuming I don't know what a fan is? Jeeze, the criss-cross of fins is just asking for restricted airflow and a pocket of heat will form. This is not to mention that the heat pipes come in direct contact with the other sink which would probably do something other than provide optimal cooling.

Ok just reverse the side of the HRGT, that is what i would do. and the only think good that i can think of stock cooler is the exhaust. Same air for both heatsinks? thats taking a hot shower in the summer, at least for the second core

Please take a course in thermodynamics... Your argument about about the hot shower in the summer is doubly true for that aftermarket solution.

Look at this diagram if you cant understand
Toroidal cooler-->Cool air--->FirstGPU Heatsink--->Hot Air--->SecondGPU Heatsink--->Hot as hell air.
This last part was the hot shower part, or youll disagree because its air cooling not water? or because its metal not flesh?
Oh i was talking about the STOCK cooler, umkay?
And the course, next year buddy
