It think D3 would be a great idea slight problems though. WoW is problem one because its very close to the same thing and yet very different for all us hardcore players we know this. Second problem with WoW blizzard charged for it ouch. Third problem with D3 um yeah theres like 1 maybe 2 guys left that actually designed it good luck with getting something viable that even resembles what D3 should be.



In follup if D3 comes out it will not be like its predicessors, it will not be free for online play, and its not going to come out for at least another 5-10 years if at all.

AKA D3 aint goin to happen and the mean people at blizzard are going to charge us for it.

WoW is far from a flop! the charging is probably a tad bit high ill admit, but theres several reasons.. it will keep the population down.. if it was $5/mo there would be a trillion people on at a time... and im sure servers for WoW arent cheap at all!!! theres a lot of employee paying, serverside stuff, and maintenence to take care of.. if anything, its probably a little on the cheap side for them...

Many of the people liked d2 because it was free online and a great game... they have most likely put a few years of work into D3 already (although i hear they scrapped one version/idea of it but still ) so a 2010 date is far from being remotely realistic...

they should keep diablo 3 the way it was before i think that was what brought the sucess of it 2 that point where even after XX years ppl still playing it online it takes years 2 get sick of it....only thing i wish they did in D3 its better graphics more characters and maps...thay would be awesome....

Blizzard wont release Diablo 3 because it would split the market they already control, or pull people away from WoW who might play D3 for a month, and quit BOTH altogether. Too much of a risk.

Actually there already was some news about it some time ago. As for D2, the engine was such a piece of crap, and the game was so addicting and repeative. I pwnd for over 2 years though. I quit because of dupes.

Yeah I would like to see a Diablo 3. Who wouldn't after all there is all ready a # 3 in the Warcraft Series. I think a Diablo 3 would sell like Hotcakes expecilly if they make it free and on bnet.

Basically from when q2 was released so many programmers used the same engine for the next 4 years. I still dont understand why they didnt use q3's graffix engine more that thing runs sweet you can even play online with a 14.4k dial up.

I quit playing diablo 2 for my own health. I couldnt sleep without hearing " moo moo moo!!" I still keep my account active if anyone wants some godly stuff =). 30$ bucks and you can have it all

Blizzard makes tons of cashmoneybags from WoW, so why not give back to the community with D3? Remeber the days Before MMO's? Yeah, they existed just fine.

If they make D3 an MMO, then forget it altogether.

Yeah they have been doing alot with WOW. But I think there is something big comming to the blizzard world soon? If you haven't noticed they still have a un announced project and they have been trying to hire a bunch of extra help to work on the Blizzard North team.

Diablo 2 was a great game, I remember i'd play it all the time, get to 90 in like a mounth.


WoW is blizzards new thing, when is starcraft ghost gonna come out?
