I bought this game new and played it a bit, but when I reformatted I forgot to grab my saves so I never really went back to play it much. But now with 3 expansions of what seems like good content I decided to pick them up and reinstall it.

I got them all installed and I see them all in Fallout Mod Manager, but I just started the game from scratch. And I am wondering if there is anyway to doubt check while the game is running? I really don't want to miss out on any of that content if they aren't installed.

Operation Anchorage can be started at any time after leaving Vault 101. You get the quest via a radio broadcast.

The Pitt can be started at any time after leaving Vault 101. You also get this quest via a radio broadcast.

Broken Steel extends the main plot.

Ah, thanks for the info, I will have to look at my Radio Stations.

You know broken steel is installed even if you have not completed the game, as once you leave the vault, it informs you that the skill cap has been lifted to 30.

but as FordGT90Concept says, the other two are indicated by two additional radio stations, in the form of distress signals.

I just left the Vault and then I exited the game, I'll have to take a look as I am going to fire it up now and decide weather Megaton needs to be a crater now or later.

• Point Lookout – Explore a massive new swampland area filled with new quests and content.

• Mothership Zeta – The aliens have returned, and they’re pissed. Experience an alien abduction first hand and find out if you’re tough enough to survive.

I lol'ed.

Can't wait!

Looks like I'm not going to be playing FO3 again until July then. :(

Mothership Zeta sounds awesome. I just hope you got Tesla Armor and a crapload of ammo. XD I bet the Grim Reaper perk would help too. >: D

When downloaded put them in your X:\Fallout 3\Data folder then run the launcher and activate the wanted addons.

Still feeling ripped off for the 1st 2 they released i hope they start spending more quality time with these addons.

EDIT: When you download them and it says it's installed it's BS. Locate the files ( Search by name ) and move them.

i THINK this is default location were MS downloads them too.

C:\Documents and Settings\Account Name\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\GFWLive\Downloads

By default, the DLCs only work when logged into XB Live and playing the game through your XB Live account but, as you already pointed out, it is extremely easy to circumvent that protection. Seriously, WTH were they thinking? If you're going to bother with DRM, you gotta do it right.
