Have you tried booting in safe mode? That might let you delete the files. You might want to try AVG in the future too. It's free as well.

panda is one of the worst A/V software i ever seen, i do tech work for family and friends, and usualy when i find panda installed i also find a nice amount of viruses and trojans, its usless, it consumes alot of resources, and its quite bad,

AVG, NOD32 and Avast are quite good, AVG and avast are free, so theres no reason to have that panda junk installed.

AVAST!!!!! I'm not kidding man, I've used avast for almost 2 years and it never ever fails me. It doesn't take up much CPU power either, plus it's free. The only problem is the very-annoying "WARNING!!! VIRUS DETECTED!!!!" sound from that guy/girl's voice with the radioactive sign that makes you think your computer's gonna restart or blow up whenever it finds a virus. It depends how you take it though, if you treat it like it's a beast that destroys all problems in your computer (which it does) and everything trying to hurt your computer is futile, you can get really excited when you get virusses just so you can hear "VIRUS!!!" and feel great because you know it's taken care of. If you can get over that (or like it to begin with) though, it's a GREAT program

I find AVG Free great, updates come out every day. Didn't mind avast when I used it. Way better than things like Norton which stop viruses and your PC speed.

Plus Norton is like AOL, it installs itself on every single company-built computer (well it's preinstalled) and always has problems with doing ANYTHING, and when you uninstall it, like AOL, it never completely uninstalls. I hate Norton with a powerful passion

I love zonealarm internet security sweet it has a firewall, antivirus, and antispywear; it also has a small footprint and is not a rescource hog. For everything its 40 bucks. just google Zonelabs.
