In the PM include a modified version of the below template, make sure it is exactly as you want it, and any high-res logos if you used any.

I need 5-10 people for this first batch, I don't have any money so I need some starters to get the thread rolling. These people will pay first then I will get the shirts, have them printed and shipped. Once things are going, I can do 10-20+ person orders I hope, and the buyer will only need to pay once the shirt is made and ready for shipping.

$30($25.2464 US) Shipped to North America, $35 Shipped to everywhere else. Prices are in CDN, payment is via either MO or Paypal. Paypal please for the first batch.

agreed, also I'd be careful about putting orders in before people pay, but only for ones that have their custom name on the back because once those are printed you're stuck with them and can't sell to someone else
uncustomized ones are different because you could still sell to someone else

Were getting there First order will be made once we hit around 10 people. I will PM the people on the list with the Paypal addy, then once all is recieved the shirts will be made and shipped. When you get the paypal addy, be sure to reply with shipping info in case you didn't already.
