ok after repeatedly seeing post after post on the buy/sell/trade/forum with no pics and moderators having to enforce the rules regarding having pics i have been wondering, and this only relates to pc's/hardware. read on to see what i mean
i understand the rule because it proves you actually have an item, but does it ?
and for those of us who are stuck with no cameras (mine died ) this means we cant trade on tpu, which is a shame cause id much rather see my stuff going to people on here than put it on ebay and have to pay there fees on top of paypals etc
i mean if say i wanted to sell my proc for example why would not a screenshot with device manager/cpuz and a paint sign of my name with tpu in the background not be as good as a picture for example? ok this only proves i have taken the screenshot on a pc with that said proc, but the same can be said for a picture. if someone is looking to scam take the
i think my cpuz/device manager and my name in paint is just as viable. what about taking into consideration the length of time someone has been here and there post count, take a look at myself, been here 2 years have 2,147 posts and have sold to around 5-6 people on tpu who can all vouch for my honesty, yet i cant see anything atm cause i have no picture.
people have been debating the b/s/t forum and the rules concerning it for some time, and one that has always cropped up is post count or length of time at tpu, there should be a balance of both imo for example you must have been registered for at least 3 months and have 250 posts to sell anything, not just one or the other because people like postwhore . And trusted members with say 1500+ posts a history of selling things to tpu members then maybe there could be an exception to the picture rule if they can still prove to the same extent as a picture (the screenshots with dev manager/cpuz/paint etc) they have the items.
im welcome to discussion to all of my points, what do you all think on this ?

thread and that guy had pics.TON 4 SALE
How could you not think i have the items? I have posted Pictures with my screen name next to all items.. Just because i don't have thousands of post doesn't mean i don't have computer parts...
