Error Trying to Play Dirt

Hey guys, I hope ya'll can help me. I got the game Dirt for PC. After installing the game and trying to play it, this message appeared.

I've tried running the game as admin, that didn't change anything. It told me reinstalling may fix it. So I uninstalled and reinstalled; still nothing. So i installed the 1.2 patch, then the 1.22 patch; still nothing. My computer is running Vista 64 bit if that makes a difference... Anyways, thanks in advance.
