My 4870X2 in COD4 never passes 90ish fps

But my avg FPS is like 80 or something, i think that theres a vsinc alike effect happening, any thoughts? CPU, etyc

Edit the config file and set max fps to 200.

do you need FPS higher than that? Anything more than 60 and your can't tell the difference.

My eyes are super evolved, ok really i just was worried because at reviews the card had higher FPS

lol well if you need it higher for bragging rights then do what the others stated and type the maxfps command
