Looks fine to me. And the hard drive is in stock. I would agree with the powersupply, except I would go with this instead:

that's my build excluding the hard drives, get a case you like and build from there. It all depends on what your going to be doing. Me, light gaming, and a lot of video and photo editing. So my best advice is build based of what you need
