Looking for a nice 22" / 24" monitor

Hey guys, I need some advice!

I currently have a gorgeous 22" Samsung Syncmaster HD TV / Monitor, however it has started to ghost a bit, especially whilst gaming. So, ill be selling it on ebay or selling it to my parents, and ill be looking for a new monitor, be it 22" or 24". Heres what It needs to have:

1. As thin a frame as possible - for example like the Dell Ultrasharps (by frame I mean edging around the screen, I have chunky edging, makes monitors look el crap).

2. Decent response time - I play high speed online games like CS:S and TF:2, cant be doing with a sluggish monitor.

3. Atleast one HDMI input - needed for my PS3 (use it for TV too - play TV ftw haha)

4. Black or a mix of black and silver to fit in with everything else in my room.

5. As cheap as possible! ill have a budget of roughly £200, so we need to make every penny count!

The only bad thing about the above 2 is im unsure on the HDMI issue.

So, any recommendations?

Ahh nuts. But that is 1680x1050 and Sammy panels are pretty nice. Hmm ...

That Acer dont look too too bad and that Dell what's the specs of its dynamic contrast? Let me do some more searchin'

No that's contrast ratio, I'm speaking Dynamic contrast. So far I've found a few that meet only your size and res requirements, but no HDMI. I think your best bet is that Sammy.

EDIT: But then again, you already have a nice Sammy ... hmmm...

Yeah that is a very very nice one .. but no HDMI, that can be solved with a DVI/HDMI adapter tho

I'm not sure of the best places to get deals in the UK, but if you can find a good 22" 1920x1080, that'd probably be your best bet for price / size / resolution. Here's the one I'm going to get when I get the money:

I've got the acer x223w, which is basically the first acer you linked too but with only VGA adapters. I can tell you it's brilliant. Nice and bright and really clear. Also really quick to refresh, etc.

I'd recommend it any day!
