theres like a few threads everyday of people who need a recommendation of a video card, can tpu make like a list of the cards from slowest to fastest to get rid of some of those threads or somethin.

People are asking for opinions. There is no need of some thing like what you are proposing. Every single TPU review has chart of all graphic cards. I don`t know have you noticed but 90% of questions asked here are already answered but people still like to know real people real experiences not just charts. If you are bothered I could wright you a tutorial how to use "X" button on a browser It is in a top corner of a window ... You can freely use this tutorial any time when you see Recommend VGA thread.
