I would like to thank everyone here, after reading just about every thread I made the plunge and successfully overclocked my Q9450 to 3.2Ghz, Prime 95 stable. I can now see that overclocking can become addictive to see how far you can go

Voltage on CPU-Z is 1.208
Max Temp on Real Temp is 56 degrees C during Prime 95 on core #3

As I have a Q9450 myself im wondering if the Vcore @ 1.216 is too low for 3ghz?
