Im sure everybody remembers how the old PCSX2 was so buggy. Well they have a new one out that comes with everything so i assume its all completely legal. It has newer support for faster and better CPUs and even DX10/16xaa support. Better support for all your favorite games (supposedly) and a whole bunch more features that actualy made me playing Final Fantasy X enjoyable.

hmmmm, why emulate such a modern console? This can't be legal. Unless you pay for the emulator and the roms. Looks good though!!

Emulators should be legal if you have purchased the console. I own 3 PS2s. ;-)

If they wrote their OWN BIOS then it's legal. That's why you always have to download the bios somewhere else with most emulators.

no the bios is separate from the emulator.

It comes with different bios's.

An emulator is completely legal if you own the games. Which is why i only have FFX right now.

By it comes with everything i mean Bios files, and all plugins you need to run the emulator. All you need to do is configure and play.
I will also point out that it is an install file. Meaning click and play almost.

Thats wierd because i deleted all my previous copies of this program and just randomly decided to try it out again after such a huge update. Theres no way i could have any bios files already in the folder.

+1 to that, i need a controller for my computer before i'll use that emulator though. I'd like to play some of the metal gear solid games that i have again with better quality, and guitar hero 2 on my pc would be sweet.

I was trying an older version and couldnt get it to work with my bios file. i may try it again later on if i want to play some ps2 games.

that sux alex. mgs2 is a realllly good game. of course you can buy the ps2 for like $120 and the mgs1-3 pack for $50 i believe.

I'll have to try this. I tried playing VF4, kinda got it to work but it only used (maxed out) my CPU and would crash in between rounds.

My PS2 still works, but it would have been nice running it at higher res with AA. I think my problem is they dont seem to support EU games.

Once you get a PS2 running through composite on a 32" LCD after being used to a 360, graphics looks terrible!
